  This past weekend, Tractor Supply Company teamed up with First Lady of Tennessee Maria Lee, the Tennessee Titans, Cleary Construction Inc. and KABOOM! to build a playground in Clay County, Tennessee.It was a labor of love for volunteers from 7 of our stores and our Franklin, KY distribution center, who worked alongside the Clay County High School FFA Chapter (National FFA Organization) and neighbors from surrounding communities. We planted, painted, moved concrete and built an amazing playground where children can enjoy Life Out Here for years to come! #LifeOutHere #GivingBack #NationalFFA

  Tractor Supply Company has partnered with National 4-H Council since 2010, and one of our biggest programs is our twice-a-year Paper Clover fundraiser.   This week, Tractor Supply Company celebrated the grand opening of our 10th distribution center! Located in Maumelle, Arkansas, the 1.1 million square foot facility will serve approximately 250 stores, further strengthening our supply chain while creating 500 full-time jobs. It was an honor to have Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Maumelle Mayor Caleb Norris and more than 250 community members, elected officials and Team Members there to mark the occasion.   What a joy to join with Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee to grant a special wish for 18-year-old Shirley! Following a life-saving liver transplant last year, Shirley’s wish for a mini long-haired dachshund came true today at the Hendersonville, Tennessee Tractor Supply Company. Valentina the puppy weighed only 1.5 pounds, and Shirley received a shopping spree to get everything she needed to care for the pup. We are so happy that Shirley is thriving. She will graduate high school in two weeks and plans to become a nurse. #LifeOutHere #MakeAWish #GivingBack

  Today, Tractor Supply Company announced financial results for Q1 2024. In Q1, Tractor Supply achieved a net sales increase of 2.9% to $3.39 billion, with comp store sales increasing by 1.1%.   The Tractor Supply Company team is putting in the work to celebrate Earth Week! On Tuesday, 75 team members planted 250 trees at The Park At Harlinsdale Farm in Tennessee with Trout Unlimited and Friends of Franklin Parks. These trees will prevent runoff and contribute to our goal of saving 25 million gallons of water by 2025.On Wednesday, a team joined with Cul2vate to harvest 200 pounds of garden-grown cucumbers that went to local food banks. Team members also planted seedlings and prepared soil for planting. And on Thursday, we tended to our very own pollinator garden at our Store Support Center in Brentwood, Tennessee. The team cleared invasive species and packaged over 100 seed packs full of wildflowers that will attract native bees and monarch butterflies.Big thanks to our teams for helping us be good stewards of land, water and our precious resources, while supporting the great work of local nonprofits!#EarthWeek #EarthDay #Planting #Stewardship #LifeOutHere
