@OptimumHelp Multiple outages daily @optimum. Customer service line is useless. Why am I paying for service that is constantly not working? Only gotten worse in the past few months. If you have any other internet option aside from @optimum take it!!

I’ll never get @optimum again. And I advise everyone in the NY/NJ area to get rid of their service. And I’m going to keep posting this as I gain more social media influence and capital. They took my money for a service that I never used and charged me twice and refuses to refund

@optimum Horrendous customer service & poor communication from a company specializing in...communication. Total outage: 5/27- 6/1. Selected call notification once outage resolved. No call. Called tech support 25x. Reimbursed: paltry amt for 1-wk. Supervisor never reachable. #unresolved
