Excited to launch this product as part of the GTM team. Before joining Ironfish over 3 years ago I really didn't know much about buying new or off-the-plan. I didn't even really understand it as an option. Buying something this important unseen can come with a lot of fear and uncertainty - rightly so - especially for first home buyers or less experienced investors.Seeing behind the scenes what goes into doing all the research, due diligence, checks on developers, builders, financiers, valuers, finishes, contracts etc etc on behalf of our customers, has been an amazing insight. Whilst this is by no means a definitive list of everything to look out for when buying off-the-plan, this a really good starting point to understanding what's involved, checks to cover off or potential red flags to be aware of.
